《澳之痕》澳大利亚现代原住民摄影展在蓉开幕

中华网四川消息(陈敏)澳大利亚原住民文化是世界上最古老的文明之一。原住民在澳洲大陆生活了6万多年,其丰富的文化经过历代传承,依然顽强,充满活力。1月9日,由澳大利亚驻成都总领事馆、成都钟书阁(银泰in99店)共同展出《澳之痕》澳大利亚现代原住民系列摄影作品在蓉开幕。

Australian aborigine culture is one of the world's oldest civilizations. Aborigines have lived on the Australian mainland for more than 60,000 years, and their rich culture, passed down through generations, remains strong and vibrant.On January 9th, the Australian Consulate General in Chengdu and Chengdu Zhongshuge (Yintai In99 store) jointly exhibited the Australian Modern Aborigine photography series "Scars of Australia" in Chengdu.

本次展出共13件作品,分别来自两位原住民摄影师 Michael Jalaru Torres 和Bobbi Lockyer。展览通过当代摄影作为媒介,分享澳大利亚原住民独特而又复杂的经历。“痕”指殖民的伤痕,也指原住民和托雷斯海峡岛民文化的历史痕迹和对现代澳大利亚人的影响。通过展览,原住民摄影师希望表达他们与家园和家人的紧密联系。

The exhibition features 13 works by two aboriginal photographers, Michael Jalaru Torres and Bobbi Lockyer.The exhibition uses contemporary photography as a medium to share the unique and complex experiences of Australian Aborigines. "Scars" refers to the scars of colonization, but also to the historical traces of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and its influence on modern Australians.Through the exhibition, aboriginal photographers hope to express their close ties to their homes and families.

会上,澳大利亚驻成都总领事Adelle Neary(倪瑞兰)带领大家走近展览中的澳大利亚原住民摄影,为大家解读多元的澳大利亚社会、文化。摄影作品创作者之一的Michael Jalaru Torres因疫情虽不能亲临现场,也会通过一段录制视频分享他作为一名非科班出身的摄影师,如何在其民族的文化、历史、价值观影响和启发之下创作出受大众喜爱欢迎的作品,并表达他所在民族的文化传统。

At the meeting, Adelle Neary, Consul General of Australia in Chengdu, led participants to get close to the Australian aboriginal photography in the exhibition and interpret the diverse Australian society and culture.Michael Jalaru Torres, one of the creators of the photography, who is not on the ground because of the pandemic, will also be recorded by a video to share the experience of how to create popular popular works in the nation's culture, history, values under influence and inspiration while not being a non-photography-major photographer and express his nation's cultural tradition.

据悉,Michael Jalaru Torres来自西澳大利亚布鲁姆,他是Djugun和Yawuru部落人,受到澳大利亚金伯利地区独特的风光和人文启发,他将这些独特文化深刻反映到他的摄影作品中。他的摄影取材于自己的故事和经历,并探讨了原住民面临的当代社会问题。

Michael Jalaru Torres, from Broome, Western Australia, is a member of the Djugun and Yawuru tribes. He is inspired by the unique landscapes and cultures of the Kimberley region of Australia, which he reflects in his photographs.His photography draws on his own stories and experiences and explores contemporary social issues facing aboriginal people.

Bobbi Lockyer 出生在澳大利亚黑德兰港,成长于 Ngarluma、Karriyarra、Yawuru Nyulnyul 部落。作品特点在于多艺术媒介的呈现,包括传统绘画、数字插图、平面设计和摄影。她已经是四个男孩的母亲,孩子们是她最大的创作灵感来源,也是她对母性主题创作感兴趣的原因。与文化、家庭和朋友的关系也为她带来启发,进而促使她运用大自然元素来作画,来摄影。

Bobbi Lockyer was born in Port Hedland, Australia and grew up in the Ngarluma, Karriyarra, Yawuru Nyulnyul tribe.The work features a variety of artistic media, including traditional painting, digital illustration, graphic design and photography.She is already the mother of four boys, and the children are her biggest creative inspiration, which is why she became interested in working on maternal themes.Her relationship with culture, family and friends also inspired her to use elements of nature in her paintings and photographs.

此外,澳大利亚驻成都总领事馆还将携手澳大利亚旅游局举办澳大利亚旅游推介会,为对澳大利亚风土人文、自然风光、野生动物感兴趣的游客提供澳大利亚的旅游资讯。

In addition, the Australian Consulate General in Chengdu will work with the Australian Tourism Bureau to hold a tourism promotion event to provide tourism information about Australia to tourists who are interested in Australia's local culture, natural scenery and wildlife. (Chen Min)
